Leadership Learning Conversations
Every leader needs dedicated and protected time to have conversations about the direction of travel, their day to day experiences or simply reflect on how they are. Leadership learning conversations whether physical or virtual provide leaders at all levels with an opportunity to reflect, review and reset their thinking on either a half termly or termly basis. In addition, we will take an identified element away to research and provide leaders with a collated collection of evidence informed resources.
