Andrew Rhodes

Hello! I am Andrew Rhodes the creator of Redefining Education Ltd. I have worked in education for over 20 years and for the last 16 years I have been within leadership holding a range of TLR’s, being an Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and most recently a Headteacher. Through my roles as an SLE, Basic Skills Quality Mark Assessor, guest lecturer and trained facilitator for a range of national organisations, I have provided an extensive range of School to School support and designed a range of training courses/programs.

The aim of Redefining Education Ltd is to offer a creative consultancy service, which supports educators to relook at what makes great teaching and learning; so let the adventures begin!
