Reflect

Reflection offers educators the opportunity to process thoughts or feelings, particularly when dealing with a difficult or challenging situation. To reflect is to identify important questions. It helps us to change direction or make changes and is an integral part of the learning and thinking process.

Rethink

Through considering and assessing a plan, idea, system or course of action, rethinking allows us to review a decision in order to determine if it was the right one or not. Often this process can be enhanced through collaboration and working with others to do something differently.

Transform

Education is an ever evolving field. When practitioners truly understand the context in which they work, the thinking behind the systems that already exist and the reasons for new structures, transformational change for the better can take place. Transformation is about creating something new that is better than what existed before.
